Juni wieder nach Bayern zur\u00fcck gefahren und haben unsere Olivenb\u00e4ume, die \u00fcbrigens wie wir so um die 50 Jahre alt sind, in voller Bl\u00fcte zur\u00fcckgelassen. Als Beispiel seien hier die f\u00fcnf Jahre aufgef\u00fchrt, in denen wir unsere 35 Olivenb\u00e4ume ernten:<\/p>\n<p>11. November <strong>2008<\/strong>: 1. Ernte der B\u00e4ume nach vielen &#8222;herrenlosen&#8220; Jahren &#8211; 565 Kilo = 76 Liter \/ 11. November <strong>2009<\/strong>: magere 20 Liter &#8222;dank&#8220; Olivenfliege! \/ 31. Oktober\/1. November <strong>2010<\/strong>: 378 Kilo = 58 Liter \/ 11. Oktober <strong>2011<\/strong>: 244 Kilo = 38 Liter \/ 26.-28. Oktober <strong>2012: Rekordernte<\/strong> mit 840 Kilo Oliven, die 128 Liter Oliven\u00f6l ergaben!<\/p>\n<p>Wer immer da eine Regelm\u00e4\u00dfigkeit entdecken mag&#8230; Auf jeden Fall gibt es bei Olivenb\u00e4umen wie bei einigen Obstb\u00e4umen das Ph\u00e4nomen der zweij\u00e4hrigen <strong>Alternanz<\/strong>, will sagen: Nach einem fetten, folgt ein mageres Jahr.<\/p>\n<p>Vorsorglich haben wir unseren Bruno gefragt, ob er noch Oliven\u00f6l f\u00fcr uns in seinen sorgf\u00e4ltig vor Sauerstoff gesch\u00fctzten Kanistern hat. Und er hat! Sein Oliven\u00f6l, das wir im Juni verkaufen, ist eine\u00a0<strong>spezielle Mischung<\/strong>, ein Blend, nur f\u00fcr uns kreiert aus den drei Sorten Piantone Mogliano, Raggia und Ascolana. Und da wir\u00a0<strong>am 1. Juli ausverkauft sind<\/strong>, holen wir\u00a0<strong>Nachschub, der ab 16. Juli<\/strong>\u00a0zur Verf\u00fcgung stehen wird.
